We offer a cleaning schedule that is appropriate for your needs. Twice-monthly cleanings are usually performed in the first and third weeks of the month. You can also schedule weekly or twice weekly. Actual scheduled days may vary depending on weather, holidays, and scheduling adjustemnts. We clean through all weather, winter and summer. If severe weather keeps us from your yard, that week's billing is automatically deleted from your bill. However, we've only missed oen week during our past two years of business!

Some other information about our pet waste removal services:

• Your first time cleaning includes a thorough deep cleaning of your hard before we disinfect all hard surfaces to protect from the inevitable germs carried in on shoes and dog's paws. Why spray? Some viruses, such as parvo and the newly identified dog flu, can live indefinitely on hard surface.
• We haul all pet waste away -- there's no smelly bags left for you to deal with!
• If we see any evidence in your dog's stools of potential health issues or foreign objects, we will leave you a "report card."
• Let us know in advance when you'll be on vacation, we'll delete that week from your bill.
• We also offer our own gentle, non-toxic surface sprays for behavioral modification to keep pets from defecating on surfaces such as decks or pool areas if needed.
